WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Resolve problems as expressed by those we are privileged to serve in a timely manner|
  • Oversee all phases of the Occupational Health Center program.
  • Lead quality control activates, such as monthly statistics on tuberculosis exposure/screening, hepatitis screening, rubella exposure/screening, aids exposure/screening.
  • Supervise direct reports and manage the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to motivate, engage and drive a high performing team.
  • Create, monitor, and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and effective management of the department.
  • Manage quality standards and regulatory compliance; communicates deviation from standards and regulations to appropriate personnel.
  • Oversee monthly monitoring of coworker compliance with annual requirements.
  • Oversee implementation of the annual flu vaccination program
  • Coordinate the onboarding and training of new coworkers to ensure all coworkers receive consistent and accurate information and training.
  • Manage all exposures, work comp cases, vaccination compliance, OSHA data compliance.
  • Oversee coworker injury analysis reporting to Safety, Infection Prevention, and hospital Quality committees to remain in compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies.; Data Analysis: Proficient in Occupational Health software.
  • Gather and verify data for internal and external sources.
  • Collect and trend data to create and analyze quality improvement initiatives specific to occupational health needs.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
  • 3 years Ambulatory/Clinical Care Services - Required
  • 1 year Management Ambulatory/Clinical Care Services - Preferred
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) - Required
