Job Description:

PURPOSE OF JOB : Manage and coordinate the Ultrasound services provided in all locations and departments of the hospital to insure good patient flow, quality procedures, adequate coverage and efficient/cost effective productivity. Training, education, and assessment of all ultrasound technologists. Development and ongoing assessment of quality standards and measurements for all ultrasound technologists and studies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

A. Maintain clinical knowledge and manage the Ultrasound services provided in Doylestown Hospital. .

B. Provide patient care for all of our customers by performing Ultrasound examinations as prescribed by a

physician.

C. Patient Documentation and Departmental Records .

Liaison for communication.

Managerial duties.

Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS :

Education: Graduate of an accredited program. Registered as RDMS, RVT.

Experience: Minimum of two years experience .

Other Skills: Good communication and customer service skills. .
