The AWS AMER Data Center Supply Solutions Team seeks a skilled Property Manager to join as a pivotal member of the Portfolio & Asset Management team, reporting to the Sr. Owned Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities encompass overseeing diverse property types, from empty land to buildings, and managing all tenant-related activities to support the growing data center portfolio.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills that can work independently. Candidate should possess program management skills and be able to excel in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Key job responsibilities
• \tRepresent AWS as the Landlord for all tenant relationships
• \tReview and approve all projects related to building maintenance, capital expenditures or tenant improvements
• \tEnsure all contractual obligations are being met on time; this includes management of payments, Landlord vs. Tenant responsibilities, and contract management
• \tManage critical dates
• \tManage third party vendor in overseeing day-to-day operations of the buildings as well as any tenant emergencies or escalations
• \tCollaborate with internal stakeholders in support of strategic negotiations for renewals
• \tSupport the preparation of monthly portfolio metric reporting
• \tSupport special projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• \tBS/BA degree in Business, Legal, Finance or related experience
• \tMinimum five years of demonstrated experience in portfolio/asset management or property management
• \tExperience in office, industrial, commercial, and/or data center real estate
• \tExperience managing large projects and multifunctional teams
• \tExperience managing third party vendors
• \tAbility to work independently, deal with large volume, and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• \tBS/BA degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or related experience
• \tSeven or more years of experience in real estate or property management or operations
• \tExperience with large, global real estate portfolios
• \tStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership teams
• \tExperience with Tango and/or Oracle, Smartsheets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
