The Lead Sustainability Management will manage supplier performance against established targets and works with suppliers to ensure critical delivery, quality and other performance objectives are achieved. Develop and implement sustainability processes within business unit. Interact closely with Global Sourcing, Supply Chain, Supplier Diversity, and other relevant areas to support our corporate-wide sustainability strategy.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Must have strong leadership and project management skills to lead key projects and processes and develop strategies to identify and promote responsible sourcing and purchasing, increase capacity utilization and optimize the distribution network. Effectively analyze environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, ensure a positive environmental impact and partner with Corporate Sustainability to advance our overall Citizenship and Sustainability initiatives. Identify a more sustainable purchasing process for the purpose of strategically reducing the social, environmental, and economic impact and risks present in clients supply chain. Must be able to interpret regulations and directives and effectively manage the resulting compliance activities will help improve our global footprint. This will include but is not limited to actively working closely with cross- functional teams; managing projects to include data gathering, interpretation and application; developing supplier surveys; evaluating and maintaining survey results; and overseeing the filing process with regulatory agencies on an annual basis. This will involve working closely with our category managers and plant purchasing managers to identify products, distribution and delivery methodologies that may be evaluated, prioritized, and tracked for potential waste reduction, performance improvement, risk reduction and/or cost-savings opportunities.

This is a hybrid position. The selected candidate can located in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA and will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week.

Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in supply chain or Logistics or related field. Concentrations in Sustainability a plus.

Experience: Minimum 2 years working in Sustainability with exposure to Manufacturing and Electronics industry. Knowledge of procurement and supply chain is a plus.
