    General Support Onsite -should also inc OSS BAU activities as covered in the original SOW

    § Primary onsite IT contact to help escalate IT issues impacting users and/or site.

    § Assist with project related activities.

    § Ticket creation and management

    § Local IT vendor management

    Users and endpoint support

    § Vendor account creation & configuration

    § Vendor remote access management

    § OT endpoint configuration and support
