Curriculum Associates is hiring for a Workday Administrator, Financials to join our IT team supporting our Finance business unit. The Workday Financial Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday configuration, integration technologies and Reporting while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

The Workday Administrator will work primarily with the Finance organization to implement practical business solutions related to the Workday suite of Finance functions. The ideal candidate will be able to support operational enhancements, provide project support, and respond quickly to changes/requests from the business as they occur.

The Workday Administrator is responsible for the administration, and ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday configuration, integration technologies and Reporting while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

The Impact You'll Have
  • Work closely with Finance business analysts and users in supporting all Workday technical functions to facilitate effective business solutions and provide knowledge transfer of system functionality to support personnel, power users, SMEs, and end users
  • Responsible for supporting the deployment, migration, maintenance, monitoring, and administration of the Workday Platform including Financials, Procurement, Accounting (GL), etc.
  • Demonstrate understanding for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and testing of the Workday system while maintaining data integrity
  • Serve as IT's support contact and coordinator for Financial systems upgrades/enhancements and reporting
  • Manages the following tasks for the Workday systems:
  • Security administration for all users
  • Coordinate and run user testing and support the launch of business processes
  • Proactively prepare for annual activities and bi-annual releases supported by the Workday system. Working with all cross functional departments to implement related changes to workstreams.
  • Development and maintenance of technical system documentation surrounding all financial processes and related interfaces that impact the financial accounting and reporting systems


What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field like computer science, information systems, etc.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Workday Financials administration and configuration.
  • Strong experience in strategically supporting Financial systems projects especially Workday modules such as Financials, Procurement, Accounting (GL), etc.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis clearly to a diverse audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
  • Experience with Workday Reporting
  • Highly responsive, organized, and detail oriented
  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities


Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range - This role's range is $81,500. - $139,500. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
