The Account Executive will:
  • Connect with and close inbound prospects within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Have the responsibility of nurturing key stakeholder relationships within the account base.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • The Software Sales - Account Executive will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment when carrying out this position's major responsibilities and activities.

Other responsibilities include:
  • Developing a relationship as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  • Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ successful general software and/or IT security sales experience within an inbound function environment.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
