POSITION SUMMARY:

As a VP of Sales you will be in charge of building and managing a team of Account Executives who manage our customer relationships. This role will work closely with our customers to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity for to deliver further value to their business.

  • Relentlessly focus on growth for Securonix, yourself and your team, and how we can do things better, faster, more efficiently.
  • Establish yourself as an industry thought leader and build deep relationships with C Suite executives across the industry.
  • Able to drive full cycle enterprise sales process and coach others on your team to do the same and deliver on quotas.
  • Be ruthlessly focused on delivering value for our customers. Willing to constantly go to bat for our customers to ensure we deliver on our promises as an organization.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for the growing Account Executive organization. Be a thought partner for the team through our customer journey.


EXPERIENCE:

  • 12+ years of field sales experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies) with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery related technology.
  • 4+ years building and leading sales teams.
  • History of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives and mapping solutions to meet those needs.
  • Natural curiosity for customer challenges and intuition for mapping solutions to help solve those pain points.
  • Ability to balance trade-offs across multiple customers and arrive at win-win scenarios for our portfolio of customers.
  • Proven ability to establish deeper relationships with C Level executives across multiple customers.


REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
  • 8 years or more of related experience.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software, with emphasis in MS Word and Excel.
