Job Description (Posting).

Serves as the primary point of contact and takes accountability for service delivery. Manages and coordinates with Microsoft Project Manager for the overall project delivery. Serves as the point of contact for contract extensions, personnel matters, and billing. Collaborates with Microsoft Project Manager for resource allocation, risk management, engagement priorities, and communication to executive management. Collaborates with the Microsoft project manager on progress tracking and reporting. Collaborates with the Microsoft project manager to remove impediments that affect the progress of the team. Coordinates decisions within three business days, or according to an otherwise agreed-upon timeline. Assists with management of the backlog. Facilitates sprint planning, regular standup meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Takes responsibility for capturing and managing success expectations. (1.) PandL responsibility Expansion of services to fill all gamut s of infrastructure-increase breadth. Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives ITIL process definitions and implementation Automation in service delivery Resource management Utilization Billing Management reporting Conduct regular in depth service and process audits. Employee retention, motivation and training Focus on grooming people from L1 to L2, L2 to L3 within select timelines Value add to customer-YOY by working closely with the Transformation and Consulting group for: Architecture gap assessment studies Implementation of new technologies Consolidationorvirtualisation opportunities Reduce business impact of outages Cost savings through better solutions Enhance operational efficiencies Overall SLA management Operation interaction with technologies Lead or Service Owner Overall Customer and Employee Satisfaction
