This role is based in New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.

About the Role

Lead and contribute to the design and development for top podcast creators on and off Patreon
Able to own and drive a project on from start to finish: from brainstorming with PM and designers envisioning new product, designing and building the solution, to working with Product Marketing and Creator Customer facing teams on rollout and monitoring strategies.
Advocating for best patterns and practices in the area of system design, performance, observability and testing

About You

4+ years of experience in fullstack software development
Strong experience with Python or a similar language
Strong experience with React, next.js, Typescript or Javascript
Strong understanding of web servers, API designs and data modeling
Excellent communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering, decision making and with cross-functional teammates.
Holds a high standard of quality and craft with an eye for UX and engineering detail
A track record of building user facing scalable products
Enthusiastic about building for creators, especially for podcasters
